Harris Holt - Artist and Company Founder
Harris has been a painter all of his life and made art his career shortly after he and Lyn were married in 1982. Together they marketed his paintings and prints, primarily through other galleries and at art festivals. Framing his own work for years, he grew fond of the artistic processes involved in choosing just the right frame and mats for his paintings. When the opportunity arose in 1982 to establish a retail gallery and frame shop, he jumped at the chance. Working alone for several years, and then adding staff as he grew, the frame shop took off and became much more than he could handle and continue to paint - always his first love.

Lyn Holt - Gallery Director
Once their children, Jamie and Lauren, were firmly ensconced in elementary school, Lyn joined Harris full-time at the gallery, indulging her twin passions for frame design and business management. Now seven years later, Lyn has enjoyed the creative outlet that working with customers allows her, the opportunity to explore color and design, and the chance to help countless people discover just the right artwork and/or framing for their homes or offices. Harris and Lyn are ably assisted with framing and sales by excellent framers, Belinda Reynolds,  Mark Keyes. Belinda is our Framing Manager.. Having Belinda,Mark and Lyn taking care of customers, doing the framing and managing the gallery has freed Harris to spend more time painting his gorgeous watercolors.

Belinda Reynolds Norman - Framing Coordinator
Belinda started her career with us six years ago when she moved to Charlotte from Greensboro. With twelve years of experience at fine frame shops in Greensboro and Raleigh, Belinda fit right in and has been the mounting and mat cutting expert on the staff. Her excellent taste and attention to perfection and detail have helped hundreds of Harris Holt Gallery customers find the most beautiful frame designs for their artwork. She has now added to her many duties that of Framing Coordinator. Her excellence in managing our work flow, ordering of supplies and superb workmanship have helped to keep us running smoothly.   She, too, is an artist when it comes to framing design and excellence in frame-making.
 
 
Mark Keyes - Framer
Mark moved to Charlotte from Atlanta with his wife, Keirsten, and joined our staff over a year ago.  As our framing business has grown so much over the last two years especially, we were delighted to have him join our team!  Mark worked for a frame shop similar to ours in Atlanta and also worked as a furniture maker.  His experience, attention to detail and excellent workmanship have made him the perfect compliment to Belinda in the production of all of our beautiful mats and frames.
